Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for background verification services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide background verification services to perform background verification services on behalf of the department. As well as provide reports obtained from the verification process will be used to assist the Office of Human Resources in determining the hiring of personal to fill vacancies and/or receive promotions based upon experience and/or education as well as contractors being hired to perform services on behalf of the agency as needed to the government authority located in Ohio.
1. Criminal History Record Check: Conduct a federal and/or state-wide level criminal history record based upon name, location of listed residences for a specified period. Check can also be
completed for work or school addresses. Each check will include a search of both felony and misdemeanour records, reports of convictions and/or pending prosecutions with full adherence to
state and federal laws.
2. Nationwide Wanted Person Check: Conduct a name check of a federal law enforcement database for a national wanted person check.
3. Supplemental Criminal Information Database: Conduct a search of the database to uncover criminal activity outside established criminal search location.
4. Military Service Check: Include dates of services, discharge status, branch of service.
5. Motor Vehicle Record Check: Conduct state wide Motor Vehicle Record Check of the appropriate motor vehicle files based on the state of license issuance or former residence. Each
check will include verification of license, accident and conviction history and citations for non-payment of child support.
6. Citizenship or Immigration Status: Post-employment verification of United States Citizenship or immigration status and employment eligibility.
7. Outstanding Judgments/Debts: Verification of outstanding civil judgments, pending litigations, and document of any outstanding debts with the State of Ohio, such as, parking tickets with the Parking Violations Bureau.
8. Social Security Number Trace: Verify applicant’s Social Security Number
9. Education Verification: Verify application’s educational background, contacting universities, colleges, and schools to verify applicant’s attendance, degrees, certification, areas of study, and grades received while attending
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 07, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
