Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee health, welfare, life, disability, voluntary benefits broker and consulting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health, welfare, life, disability, voluntary benefits broker and consulting services to the government authority located in Ohio.
• Conduct full range CSP processes for all health and welfare plan administrators, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, COBRA, FSA, HRA, life, disability, FMLA/Disability leave administration, future benefit programs and total rewards software projects
• Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of vendor and plan performance throughout the year
• Provide consulting assistance with various projects throughout the year related to union negotiations, plan premium development, plan design development, market analysis and monitoring, total rewards solutions, etc.
• Provide oversight and coordination with existing health and welfare vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality consulting guidance in plan and program development and execution.
• Provide Open Enrollment support for active and COBRA populations, including but not limited to onsite enrollers, communications development, print and shipping services, enrollment systems for benefits enrollment not supported on internal HR systems.
• Other benefits brokerage and consulting services as needed for ad hoc projects, such as FMLA administration, leave of absence services, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment and other plans as requested.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 5, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
