Government Authority located in Columbus, Ohio, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for construction service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction service for all renderings and concept drawings shall be in color and shall be generated in a current version of autocad, bim, or other format and software approved by the city, the cost for providing up to three renderings shall be included in the lump,
sum fee as an overhead cost.
- All the utilities – electric, telephone, data lines, water, sewer, gas and cable lines
– will be the responsibility of to make appropriate changes, additions, secure permission, coordinate, etc.
- Also be responsible for identifying any utility conflicts on the site during schematic
design and shall coordinate.
- Strive to ensure energy conservation, and demonstrate cost-effective green building practices wherever possible to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) A pre- proposal meeting held on June 13,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
