Vendor needs to provide quick response team software for capacity by utilizing predictive analysis to proactively engage persons with primary or secondary diagnosis of opiate use disorder to be identified to receive short-term and long-term support/linkage to Medication Assisted Treatment, reducing overdose deaths and increasing expansion of Medication Assisted Treatment, allows them, but not limited to track activities, conduct outreach, link patients to Medication Assisted Treatment and recovery support services, document need, assess high-acuity, prioritize workflow, generate reporting data for communities, identify high-risk health related comorbidities and allow connections for continuous support for patients who overdose or have need of follow-up supportive services, allow connections for continuous support for patients who overdose or have need of follow-up supportive services.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
