[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for transition of streetcar management to the government authority located Cincinnati, OH.
- To identify the role in the safety and security certification process, specifically identifying how the city will demonstrate the capacity to safely manage the operations and maintenance of the streetcar system,
- Modify all safety program related documents including the minimum standards for safety to demonstrate the capacity to successfully operate the safety program, including but not limited to the agency safety plan, system safety program plan, and system security plan, security and emergency preparedness plan, rail operating rule book, investigation procedures, inspection and maintenance manuals, right-of-way or roadway worker protection plan,
- Review and update the internal safety audit program; accident/incident and hazard notification and investigations documents, triennial audit documents; corrective action plans, attend quarterly and risk monitoring meetings; monitor meeting minutes and participation in meetings for safety and security certification,
- Work with the city to develop a transition plan to demonstrate continuity of the operations, including the safety program,
- Advise the city on how best to designate the following positions: accountable executive and chief safety officer.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
