[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide retrospective audit and payment recovery services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Manage data, reporting and provide improvement recommendations as part of the successful recovery process, vendor will analyse recovery data, identify trends and root causes of underpayments, provide monthly status reports on expected payments and recoveries received, analyse the findings and provide recommendations to minimize underpayments in the future, coordinate with MHS on the format and distribution of all reporting.
- Pursue underpayments the recovery process will vary depending on the payer, vendor will submit request for additional reimbursement using each payer’s specific format, these efforts will be in coordination with MHS, vendor will work within timeliness guidelines for each payer.
- Vendor must commit to the following assign designated contact and status update person/s, accept referrals from MHS in electronic format and provide confirmation, identify underpayments, In the event that MHS discovers underpayment/s, MHS will recall the accounts from the vendor and no commission will be paid to the vendor for recoveries on these accounts, pursue recovery to the highest level warranted, provide reports and other information as requested by MHS, participate in monthly face-to-face overview meetings, if necessary, provide feedback and recommendations to minimize future underpayments.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
