Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Drupal hosting and management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Drupal hosting and management services that includes Drupal optimized hosting, organizational management capabilities, organizational distribution repositories, individual site management dashboards, and integrated developer tools. This type of CMS-specific hosting configuration is often referred to as Platform as a Service.
- Identify the best software vendor for its Drupal hosting and support services requirements. The software will help the organization achieve the following business goals
- public website which includes the web presence for all academic and administrative units at all eight campuses
- Support the university’s user portal utilized by all students, staff, faculty and alumni
- Support the university’s enterprise search solution which is a third-party product
- Ability to quickly spin up multiple non-production environments for testing and review
- Ability to proactively scale web servers/containers to handle surges in dynamic, transactional, or logged-in traffic.
- Provide a 99.99 uptime guarantee
- Support an architecture that supports complexity and uniqueness in an efficient and effective manner.
- 24x7 support via live chat and ticket.
- Consistent cache behaviour for production and non-production environments, including edge layers, CDNs.
- The primary goals of the institutional website include:
a) Student recruitment: undergraduates and graduates;
b) Provision of services and resources to current students and faculty/staff;
c) Faculty and staff recruitment;
d) Enhancement of connectivity with and among alumni;
e) Internal communication;
f) Overall advancement of institutional identity on local, regional, national and international level a
g) Support of research, teaching and learning
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 21, 2019
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
