Government authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for environmental control system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide environmental control system to the government authority located in Ohio.
- This requires the contractor build the ECS duct assemblies and procure supporting components identified in ECS Parts List in support of the integration of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDSJTRS) on aircraft.
- Configuration Management: - procedures, responsibilities for configuration identification, change
control, audits, status accounting, interface management and subcontractor management.
- Data Management: - The contractor shall implement existing data management procedures for the
preparation, quality control administration and delivery of data required by the Contract
Data Requirements List, in accordance.
- Deficiency Reporting: - The contractor shall perform Materiel Improvement Project (MIP) investigations as directed by the F-16. MIP investigations shall provide information necessary to help with material deficiencies. The contractor shall provide manufacturing information as required to assist with the investigation.
- The contractor shall provide shipping instructions to F-16 program office for required exhibits to aid in investigation, and request exhibit disposition after investigative use.
- Kit Requirement: - The contractor is expected to provide and adhere to a Program Management Plan that identifies the specific steps to accomplishing each element of the program included in this contract.
- The contractor shall host a program kick-off meeting. The government reserves the right to have the program kick-off meeting conducted using distance methods (teleconference, video teleconference, etc.). The kick-off meeting shall consist of delivery schedule, technical drawing reviews as required, shipping and First Article Test (FAT) details.
- Packaging and Shipping: - Kits shall be packaged by the contractor to prevent damage during shipment IAW specified packaging standards/instructions described in Request of Proposals.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
