Government Authority located in Kent, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for selection of a service provider for a tuition payment instalment plan.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide selection of a service provider for a tuition payment instalment plan appropriate service providers to establish a tuition payment instalment plan for students through the university to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
- Two separate plans must be available for students or a payment plan for registered student balances, a payment plan for non-registered past due student balances, allow registered students to select from a 3, 4, 5-month plan, offer the flexibility to start/end the 3, 4, and 5-month plan at different times, offer 24/7 online real-time reporting capabilities, offer the school a dedicated account manager, provide, free of charge, customizable marketing materials including booklets and marketing letters, marketing is sent by the vendor via mail and/or email at no cost to the organization, flexible late payment fees with revenue remitted partially, or in full, to the organization, revenue sharing for the instalment plan enrollment fees, Allow the organization to elect the interval payment revenue transmittal, (i.e. weekly, biweekly, etc.), Feed the student’s payment plan selection, with amounts, in real-time to the KSU ERP system (Banner), Payment plan adjustments are fed to the student’s account in real-time to the KSU ERP system, Adjust the payment plan amounts via the KSU ERP system the day after the due date if payment is not made, Feed student payments plan payments in real-time to the KSU ERP system, Allow students/families 24/7 access to payment plan options, payment plan setup, and their account information, Offer a toll-free number for both inside and outside (international) the U.S., Extended Customer Service hours beyond 5:00 PM Eastern, Offer students/families flexible payment options to include the use of all major credit card, electronic payments (ACH), Offer automatic monthly deduction, Offer students to elect to receive their monthly billing either electronic or paper monthly billing, Offer the ability for students/parents to make plan adjustments (i.e., adjust their budgets up/down to correspond to changes in their student account balances) in real time online or via phone.
