Vendor needs to provide health IT safety assessment shall respond to patient safety risks and provide support to the IPS Office in the form of analysis, workflow documentation, process reviews, and mitigation/remediation recommendations, account systems design/architecture, human/technical failures, human factors engineering, safety culture, and error reporting and analysis in the consideration of three goals: analysis for safer Health IT, use Health IT safely, and use Health IT to improve safer care to the government authority located in Independence, OH.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
