[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Student Administration and Curriculum System to
• Providing customized enhancements to the technology solution for any functionality.
• Partnering with the Heritage College team to fully implement processes within the system across all four years of medical education
• Training super users on system functionality, as well as technology staff
• Providing necessary documentation to assist with administration of the system
•Configure reporting needs identified during the project implementation
• Configure all system parameters required to support system & associated business processes  
• Curriculum Mapping
- Overview & setup of curriculum mapping (using the information provided above for Curriculum, Course, Unit, Sub-Unit, Activity, etc.)
- Reporting options for curriculum mapping
- Student Demographics
• Add customized fields for specific student information tracking
• Upload student documentation (from the student’s access) for immunizations, certifications, etc.
• Student Grouping
a. Automation of grouping of students
b. Manually change or update grouping of students
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
