[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer satisfaction survey services to conduct a scientifically reliable survey of public opinions, awareness, knowledge and attitudes about COTA customer satisfaction to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Market research include create a seven (7) point scale survey that accurately captures how cota’s customers feel about the services provided in the areas of safety, reliability, courtesy and image, collect a sampling of approximately 5,000 surveys with an expectation of 33% - 66% participation to include data through one-on-one interaction with customers by riding buses or interviews at bus stops, analyse the data to identify areas where COTA excels and where improvements can be made; and determine what COTA customers view as needs and priorities; and their overall satisfaction rating of COTA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 09, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
