[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide breast and cervical cancer project third-party administrator services.
- Identify and support a system for billings, claim data, and reports
- Provide and maintain a database of contracted provider names, addresses, and tax identification numbers
- Provide a system that displays client and provider- level payment information
- Hold all of the project’s funds in a dedicated, non-interest-bearing account
- Provide documentation of quality assurance processes and standards that demonstrate timely and accurate claims processing oversight
- Receive approved claims, create a disbursement, and generate payments for services
- Provide portal that will be utilized by to upload a file with invoices of approved authorized medical provider claims
- Track claims by using the client ID
- Provide a telephone line for the convenience of external customers and providers
- Safeguard confidential program participants information, including sensitive private health information through establishing and adhering to proper policies and procedures
- Identify and support a system for billings, claim data, and reports
- Receive approved claims, create a disbursement, and generate payments for services
- Provide communication plan, emergency response plan, and establish policies for confidentiality of participants
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
