- Data base must provide a learning platform and on-demand digital library of research tools that include eBooks, live training, videos, short-form content, on-demand tutorials, case studies, audiobooks, and evolving manuscripts.
- Database content must cover leadership, business management, project management, programming languages, software development, computer networking, coding, cybersecurity, and web design.
- Database shall be available through desktop browser and mobile application.
- Database must be available for unlimited simultaneous user access.
(2) This bid set aside for total small business.
