[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for transition of streetcar management to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Modify the Safety and Security Certification Verification Report (SSCVR) to identify the role of the City in the Safety and Security Certification process, specifically identifying how the City will demonstrate the capacity to safely manage the operations and maintenance of the streetcar system.
- Modify all safety program related documents including the minimum standards for safety to demonstrate the City’s capacity to successfully operate the Safety program, including but not limited to the Agency Safety Plan (ASP); System Safety Program Plan (SSPP); ODOT Rail transit SSOPS; and the following,
- System Security Plan (SSP) and Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan (SEPP).
- Emergency Operations Plan (EOP).
- Rail Operating Rule Book (RORB).
- Right-of-Way or Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) Plan.
- Command and Control and Train Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigation Procedures at the RTA.
- Procedure requiring review of SOPs related to Safety.
- Safety and Security Certification Plan (SSCP).
- Configuration Management Plan.
- Transit Asset Management Plan.
- Field Supervision SOPs.
- Inspection and Maintenance Manuals, SOPs, and Standards.
(2) All question had been submitted on June 14, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
