Government authority located in Columbus, Ohio, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for optical video inspection system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide optical video inspection system for DLA land and maritime product test division, mechanical lab, VTM lab, defense supply center to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The vendor is to deliver, install, set up and provide training on the use of this piece of equipment.
- The Optical Video Inspection System must be new, not refurbished.
- Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine with motorized CNC drives.
- Windows based software.
- System must be “turn key” after set up. Contractor must supply all cables, computers, monitors, and software.
- Training to be included in the contracted price. Five (5) Lab Technicians will be trained up to 3 days (8 hrs/day).
- Initial calibration to be included in the contracted price.
- System must be light emitting test equipment.
- System must have a touch trigger implemented.
- Work capability window 300mm x 200mm x 200mm or larger.
- High resolution digital video inspection camera.
- Able to create automatic inspection routines in the software.
- System must have a LED ring light implemented.
- Accuracy must be .0001” or smaller.
- Must have top and bottom light.
