Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for utility customer engagement solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility customer engagement solution for the city utility customers and staff including a platform designed to reflect electric and water consumption, billing and other utility data and as an internal analytical tool.
- Implementation of a cloud hosted, browser based, mobile ready solution that will provide city customers with a full range of configurable options for utility information and services within a single sign-on capable secure environment
- Customer portal readily configurable to coordinate with the city website and branding requirements
- Provider that has practical experience and a history of effective results and robust integrations with our utility solution and our provider
- Established integration with a 3rd party processor for credit card and eft payments which are immediately and accurately reflected on the portal and provide for a full range of payment options
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 27, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
