[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project management system to manage portfolio management, program management, project management, resource management, work management processes, to include separate line items for licensing, maintenance implementation Projects, and training,
- Provide a single, internet-based repository for maintaining project data on all portfolios, programs and projects affiliated with the enterprise program management office,
- Support the efforts to further enhance a transparent, robust project organization that provides management personnel with a clear, real-time view of the organization’s projects in terms of:
- Project overview and rationale with built in scope charter and business case documentation, Level of effort, cost, time to complete, risk and contingencies, priority, progress, overall project condition, schedule status, cost status, payback.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
