[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard service for visible deterrent against illegal acts, and violations of company policy by engaging in pro-active, thorough patrols inside and outside of the avenue facility; to report such acts to the proper authorities verbally, and in writing; to monitor CCTV and alarm systems as dictated by the director of security and their designee, and to take action to minimize loss or harm to personnel and property to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Provide a highly visible, physical security presence with a customer service driven philosophy to employees, visitors, contractors, and the general public.
- Monitor ingress of individuals at the main administrative entrance, and at other areas as dictated by the director of security, and their designee.
- Security guards must sign-in and contact the security supervisor upon his or her arrival at the beginning of each work shift.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2019.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 18, 2019.
