Government Authority located in Toledo, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for early out services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early out services for day 1 placement, which shall include true self-pay and balance after insurance accounts to the government authority located in Toledo, OH.
- Provide customer service to agency patients to assist in managing inquiries or complaints as well as providing financial assistance application
- Send patient statements and payment plan reminder notifications while remaining 501r complaint
- Process payments through agency’s current payment vendor while remaining pci compliant
- Manage payment plan accounts through payment plan reminders and calls as necessary
- Provide detailed payment information via excel with monthly invoice.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
