Government Authority located in Newark, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for physician health care services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physician health care services to the government authority located in Newark, OH.
1. Provide and operate a health care program in an ethical and humane manner with respect to the inmates’ rights to basic health care services.
2. Operate the health care program using only licensed, certified, and professionally trained personnel.
3. Operate the health care program in a cost-effective manner with full reporting and accountability to the Sheriff or his/her designee.
4. Ensure that the health care program and the Justice Center medical department/staff are meeting or exceeding the medical requirements provided in the Standards for Full Service Jails.
5. Ensure that the health care program and the Justice Center medical department/staff are meeting and practicing the standards of the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) and/or the American Correctional Association (ACA).
6. Ensure that the health care program complies with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and ordinances governing health care service delivery.
7. Approve and supervise all medical procedures and practices conducted by the Justice Center medical department/staff.
8. Assist in training medical staff, correctional staff, and law enforcement staff in basic first aid, CPR, and other medical trainings as required.
9. Refer inmates, in the most efficient and timely manner, for treatment that is considered to be necessary and not made available at the Justice Center.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
