[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial reporting automation software to automate the compilation of external and internal financial reports and improve collaboration among various contributing departments, provide version control, automate the review process, develop a more agile and stable process and use dynamic linking to ensure accuracy of numbers.
- At a minimum the solution must be able to combine text documents, workbooks, presentations, and charts that are compatible with Microsoft Office 365.
- The solution must allow users to collect, manage, report, and analyze financial data in an efficient manner. Data should be linked to specific source documents so that information is always up-to-date.
- The solution must contain a feature to grant various users’ different levels of permissions, using Microsoft active directory to control user access and authorizations.
- The platform must allow data to be traced to a single source with a complete audit trail. The overall solution must also contain training, web and phone support along with an ongoing plan to maintain the solution so that it continually improves financial data management and reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
