[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide auction services for the sale of surplus or obsolete equipment to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Items to be auctioned may include, but are not limited to: - Automobiles, Landscaping Equipment, Cushman Scooters, Electronics, Physical fitness equipment, Office furniture, Tools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical parts, Computers (desktop / laptop with hard drives removed), Office equipment, Printers and copiers,
- The auctioneer will be expected to:
- Document the receipt of property and maintain an accurate inventory,
- Store and safeguard property against theft or damages,
- Coordinate, process, and organize the property for auction,
- Provide notice and advertising in the public notice section of at least one newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the property is to be sold reasonably describing the property to be sold and specifying the date, time, place, manner and conditions of sale,
- To determine minimum sales prices for selected property,
- Hold an auction annually,
- Accept and collect payments,
- Maintain adequate insurance on storage and auction facilities,
- Auctioneer must have a notary on site during the auction to process vehicle titles, vehicle deposits forfeited by potential purchasers must be included in overall gross sales.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
