Vendor needs to provide elementary school research database provides images of relevant photos, maps and flags; access to a dictionary and full-text articles from popular children’s magazines, must include images of relevant photos, maps and flags, must provide access to a children’s dictionary, must provide encyclopaedic entries written specifically for kids, must provide full-text articles from popular children’s magazines, must provide full-text articles with assigned reading level indicators (i.e. lexiles), must provide information in pdf, peer reviewed publications, Lexile reading level and
image quick view, search functionality must be by keyword, Boolean/phase and options to limit by keyword or phrase, must have capability to cite, export and permalink functionality sustainable URL to return to original article, must include online help, option to save, print, email, save search histories and results and provide ask a librarian service, access to information should be seamless, minimal response time between query initiation and query results, and search results within 5-10 seconds to the government authority located in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
