Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for purchasing card pilot program.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide purchasing card pilot program for use of petty cash purchases or employee reimbursed purchases to the government authority located in Ohio.
- To determine what P-Card programs are available to manage the City’s expenses such as travel arrangements, advertising, memberships, subscriptions, dues, grant incentive gift cards, and small purchases of less than $500.00,
- Maintaining the ability to manage all cards through the auditor’s office with user departments also having the capability for self-service for the purposes of reporting lost or stolen cards, monitoring activity and reconciliation,
- If bank provides such solutions, please include a detailed description or specification sheet of the solutions. The description should include at least the following:
- An overview of the P-Card program including payment terms
- Description of the controls available to limit certain types of purchases or other limits and controls that are available.
- Reporting capabilities
- Handling of lost or stolen cards, reissue of cards; handling of disputes and unauthorized purchases
- Customer service
- Training
- Capacity of program software for reconciliation, export into the city’s ERP system
- Program rebates, if available
- Ability to be used in conjunction with the city's electronic catalog as in electronic accounts payable (EAP).
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
