(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated support services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Software design
- Software development and test
- Database design and test
- Database administration
- Problem and performance analysis
- Data transformation and test
- Assistance in the implementation and sustainment of a web-based-environment
- Coordination of technical requirements with the defence information systems agency
- Technical assistance to programmers
- Consulting services on matters relating to application programming, database design and application engineering
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
