[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits manager services that best fulfils the needs and financial constraints of the College to the government authority located in Elyria, OH.
¬- Network administration includes the following services: electronic eligibility verification, centralized claims processing capability and adjudication, accurate drug pricing, and detailed reporting.
- PBM will be able to accurately and promptly adjudicate and process payment for all qualified and medically authorized claims submitted by participating pharmacies in accordance with the plan. Electronic claims will be adjudicated within two minutes and paper claims will be adjudicated within seven days of receipt of the claim.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
