[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interpretation and translation services for walk-in and scheduled appointments at each site location.
- translate certain documents into languages that are most likely to be encountered by the employees
- All translation of materials shall be completed in a timely manner based on the translated language and size of the document
- Interpretation and Translation services for various languages including Spanish, Nepali, French, Amharic, Russian, Somali, Arabic, Swahili etc.
(2) A mandatory bidder conference will be held on August 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2019.
(4) A mandatory letter of intent to due on August 20, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
