[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interpretation and translation services.
- Provide the following services: telephonic, onsite in-person and face-to-face, video for american sign language, sign language and document interpreting and translation services to employees of county department of job and family services and a division of county department of job and family service
• On-site interpreter: access to schedule interpreting appointments through a dedicated team as well as credentials for accessing, scheduling, and monitoring county department of job and family services and county children services will have access to on-site interpreters under emergency situations, including weekends and evenings
• Telephonic interpreting: provide live, over-the-phone language interpreter services on-demand access for all languages
- Remote interpreters are accessible to county department of job and family services and county children services facilities via telephone, via computer web browser, or interface on a mobile device
• Video remote interpreting: video remote interpreting can be accessed for american sign language.
(2) A bidder’s conference will be held on September 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
