[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide director recruitment services for office of career-technical education to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
Major Responsibilities and Duties: Under the direction of the senior executive director, serves as the director for the office of career‐technical education:
• Ensures implementation of Ohio’s Strategic Plan;
• Assists executive leadership in formulating policy and procedures for the office;
• Plans, directs, outlines and implements policy and programs;
• Collaborates with the department of higher education to ensure seamless postsecondary transitions;
• Collaborates with the current structure of the center to provide excellent customer support;
• Ensures the alignment of Ohio’s career‐technical education content standards and assessments with industry needs, credentials, and postsecondary education pathways;
• Ensures that adults without a high school diploma have the opportunity to earn their GED or high school diploma;
• Recommends and incorporates curriculum improvements aligned to applicable national and state academic content standards;
• Promotes high‐quality career technical and adult education (e.g., how students are trained, service delivery, professional development of staff);
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
