[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management (CRM) implementation solution.
- The respondent’s proposal must be inclusive of all software, licensing, deliverables, project management, system analysis and design, training and knowledge transfer, required interfaces, testing, documentation, data conversion, configurations, and other products and professional services required to fully implement the solution offered.
- The new solution should improve efficiencies through reduced infrastructure, more configurable design, and the state-of-the-art competencies for all types of contact methods used by the District’s ratepayers and staff, including mobile, web, social media, and telephone.
(2) A pre proposal meeting will be held on September 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
