[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-site and off-site subscriber and staff access to an online comprehensive full-text legal information resource.
- The resource MUST provide online access to fifty state primary law plus federal law, including statutes, cases, regulations, and court rules, as well as integrated access to secondary sources.
- Intuitive search interface;
- Legal citator and analysis tool;
- Usage reports available upon demand by the HCLLRB that provide total logins, total users, total searches conducted, total documents viewed, and total documents printed and saved;
- MS Word compatible text, as well as pdf format;
- Standard citation formats;
- Results sorting by most relevant and most cited, in addition to other common methods of sorting;
- Online tutorials and help information accessible directly by patrons;
- Responsive design, device agnostic;
- Integrated access to legal treatises available;
- Telephone and/or online chat service accessible directly by patrons; and
- A minimum of one CLE per year.
- Previous experience doing business with Hamilton County is preferred.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
