Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for after-hours telephone answering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours telephone answering services to police, sheriff, and fire usage only.
- An approximately work volume will be 2000 inbound calls per month to the after-hours call line
- Answering services shall be required for the following after-hours schedule:
- Weekdays – Monday through Friday beginning at 5:00 pm EST and ending at 8:30 am EST
- Weekends – Friday through Monday beginning at 5:00 pm EST and ending at 8:30 am EST
- Holidays as shown within this RFP Monday through Friday all day to coincide with the above regular schedule.
- The after-hours telephone lines are for resident concerns or urgent matters that require an agency staff member response
- The ensuing contractor shall be responsible for receiving and dispatching emergencies and other after-hours calls at the close of each business day, including weekends, along with agency designated holidays and any planned or unplanned closings
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 3, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
