[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 24X7 Helpline Warm Transfer Program Services
- Helpline calls will make a “warm transfer” to state licensed clinicians who will be contracted as on-call and who are Gambling Disorder treatment qualified and knowledgeable of statewide service system, and who will also have in-depth knowledge of their specific regions of the state, regions of the state.
- Approximately 50-100 callers per month ask for gambling treatment services,
- Approximately 60 callers per month ask for Gamblers Anonymous meeting locations,
- To provide total number of calls, top 13 call locations and number of calls, along with a breakdown of reasons for calling and ages of callers.
- Following that is a summary of call volume by time of day is 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM and 11 PM – 7 AM.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
