Government authority located in Cincinnati, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for travel agency services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel agency services that will provide prepaid air, train and bus travel reservations, car rental reservations, and prepaid hotel accommodation services, with highly responsive, sensitive, and quality-oriented services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
1. Travel Agency will schedule, reserve, ticket and prepay air, bus and/ or train transportation for individual travellers. Travel Agency will be responsible for monitoring fares and recalling tickets for adjustments or reissue when fares decline for the period until 24 hours prior to departure.
2. Travel Agency will offer lowest available fares that meet arrival/departure times and destinations of traveller(s). Full coach fares may be used only if no other reduced fares are available.
3. Travel Agency shall make a timely effort to notify travelers of airport closings, cancelled or delayed flights, trains or buses.
4. Travel Agency will reserve and prepay for hotel accommodations to meet the needs of individual travellers at the most economical cost to HCJFS. Prepayment will not include miscellaneous charges such as telephones, meals, movie rental, etc. Travel Agency must provide hotel/motel reservations and same day written confirmations. If a specific hotel is not requested, the Travel Agency shall select a hotel within a reasonable distance to or from the destination and get approval of such selection from approved HCJFS liaison.
5. Travel Agency will also be capable of making car rental reservations at the most economical cost to HCJFS.
6. Travel Agency shall include government and/or special rates, whichever are lower. Any bonus or promotional gratuity received as a result of County travel reservations shall be used to offset or reduce the cost of subsequent HCJFS travel.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
