- The application shall be designed under the advisement of strategy management system experts who can support and augment the technology solution with training, consulting, and collaborative communities
- The enterprise strategy management framework provides managers with a tool to ensure that strategic goals are well supported by initiatives and strategic initiatives are focused to support identified objectives with minimal overlap of effort
- The application shall provide a complete solution for designing and implementing organizational balanced scorecard with a manageable investment
- The application shall allow for better meeting management by enabling users to communicate their organizational strategy and identify the key performance drivers at all levels of an organization
- The design area shall provide a simple interface of templates to add perspectives, themes, objectives, measures, initiatives, and milestones
- The application map design feature shall allow drag and drop scorecard elements to create dynamic and meaningful strategy maps
- There shall be a dedicated application account manager who will support the organization throughout the implementation to ensure the organization is maximizing the tool's capabilities
