[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional property management services to manage, maintain and operate new village and the Whitney shall include continued lease-up of all housing units, including determining eligibility, coordinating with the HA’s Applications and Occupancy Department in certifying and recertifying income and making tenant selections, Oversee the emergency, daily and preventative maintenance for the building and units, Oversee the daily operations of the project, Maintain and regularly update property-based waitlist, Submit monthly reports and annual budgets to The HA to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Web-based solutions for generating financial reporting, online applications, rental payments, work order processing.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
