[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external website redesign services to provide information while promoting and marketing services to current and potential clients, providers, employers, and other partners.
- website is expected to have 2-8 groupings of pages and will use these components will follow IOP Content First:
- News and events
- Resources and alerts
- Carousels only if accessible
- Social Media Integrations Twitter, Facebook
- FAQs
- Video streaming and storage
- Content selection and creation and site requirements-gathering working sessions
- Creating and validating the website framework
- Working with agency site administrators and content authors and owners to add content to the IOP platform via the Portal Builder, as well as other available tools and accelerators as appropriate
- Executing organizational change management activities such as working with agency staff who add and maintain content to adjust to the new solution and processes and recommendations for helping internal and external end users adjust to the differences
- Following IOP’s Content-First methodology for content
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
