[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan development services to facilitate group meetings with college leadership at the college’s campus, finalize strategic objective descriptions, and identify clearly stated intended results, develop strategic initiative/strategic objective matrix to identify alignment and gaps, develop communication plan for reporting progress, train leaders on, identify and define key performance indicators.
- Conduct strategic visioning and comprehensive planning process, assess current strategic direction and capabilities, conduct macro- and micro-level external environmental scan and conduct internal environmental scan.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
