[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external website redesign using content management system must be compatible with mobile device and social media.
- Essential for the new website, they are as follows:
- Robust search feature,
- Responsive design (mobile friendly),
- Robust user experience providing a personal, individual experience,
- Engaging and action-oriented features that make it easy for a prospective student to apply; a job seeker to apply for available positions; and alumni/community members to make donations,
- Intuitive navigation,
- Platform agnostic (i.e., works on any device, any operating system and any browser),
- Embraces the brand image of the college,
- Emphasizes social media collaboration,
- Flexible, robust and easy to maintain content management system,
- Simple maintenance of all site content,
- Home page flexibility for adding special announcements, emergency notices, etc,
- Page templates that are adaptable for presenting different academic programs, interactive calendars and plans of study,
- Ability to easily make updates to site templates such as changing color, photographs, etc,
- Security access configuration: lock down fonts, color, sizes, etc. but allow flexibility for authorized users to adjust,
- Dynamically generated sitemaps,
- Friendly/pretty URLs - The system will be configured to allow for user and search engine friendly URLs to be created,
- Integrated reporting that leverages Google analytics data.
- All files used to create webpages, templates, images, or other elements associated with this project shall be delivered includes but is not limited to the following types of files: HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft Word, PDF, Photoshop, GIF, JPG, PNG, SVG, and Flash.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
