[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Commercial off-the-shelf unclaimed property management system for safekeeping and management of unclaimed property which may consist of funds from a bank account, rent or utility deposits, uncashed checks, undelivered stock certificates or unclaimed insurance policies.

- able to provide exceptional and competent security controls, interface with external supporting technology
- Ensure the database integrity and software stability
- Convert all data and related images into the System
- creation capabilities and regular, pre-configured reporting to include annual activity reports and date-specific activity/transaction reports
- on-line claims processing and claim status look-up solutions
