[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor services to advice on all aspects of any proposed capital financing on an as needed basis includes developing innovative solutions to COTA’s funding requirements in order to achieve the most advantageous financing terms; reviewing and making appropriate recommendations on funding for potential projects, creating financial analysis, assisting COTA with the selection of underwriting firms and managing the financing process for COTA (including but not limited to, consultation and guidance related to rating agency presentations and other presale functions) to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 5, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
