Government Authority located in, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for video and web-based e-learning training module production and design services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safety and security orientation video and one web-based e-learning training model designed to provide new hires and existing employees with an overview of the anticipated workplace hazards and safety and security requirements,
- Creative and educational or instructional design- provide creative direction that incorporates the brand, utilizes approaches that engage the online learner, and ensures consistency across the video series through the establishment of a framework for the modules,
- Develop the content for approximately 20 modules based on new hire safety orientation, city employee safety and health handbook, security access and control procedures, and environmental practices,
- Provide a dedicated DPU graphic designer to contribute input into brand development for video series and to create graphics for video modules in consultation with a partner,
- Filming and editing -generate a list of partners for scriptwriting, filming field shoots, schedule filming, and secure all necessary permissions or media release before filming,
- Work with the DPU project team to develop an approach to conducting field shoots,
- Prepare on-site locations for filming. preparations may include, but are not limited to: reviewing shot lists with the DPU project team; scouting the location before filming, altering the physical environment and adapting the filming approach to ensure minimal disruptions to film participants,
- Utilize .mp4 and. movie video formats and 1080 p high definition resolution,
- Upload unedited raw footage with metadata tags to a designated DPU network,
- Edit to final production professional-grade copy with absolute attention to detail on all
video, graphic, and sound elements,
- Provide DPU with unedited raw footage and rough cuts of all filming sessions for DPU to
save, review, and otherwise use without limitation at any point during and after fulfilment
- Video production- submittal submits a 30-second video clip example that captures,
- Prepare locations for the educational or instructional elements of field shoots, including, but not limited to, safe work practices, personal protective equipment and supports to be demonstrated and critical points to be discussed in interviews,
- Shoot all video in 1080p,
- Provide studio for filming select interviews (green screen options available),
- Provide camera operator and equipment to film a portion of field and studio shoots, Log footage and choose clips for rough cuts,
- Provide a secure server to upload all content,
- Provide direction during the editing process through reviewing edited and partially edited materials; and serve as the final decision maker and approve and require changes on all final products,
- E-Learning training module production-
- A web-based training module must meet AICC and SCORM guidelines to deliver new and
existing employee safety orientation video,
- Training module to be accessible through existing a DPU hosted web-based interface;
- Web-based training expected to be an abbreviated version of the new hire safety orientation video.
- The web-based training module is to be interactive with learning activities and knowledge assessment upon completion.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 25,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 8,2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
