Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for professional development training curriculum service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development training curriculum service for teacher leadership around the topics of building or sustaining relationships among stakeholders, effective communication, and data literacy to the government authority located in Ohio.
- The initial training will be offered to a select cohort of teacher leaders selected from an applicant pool with the intention of eventually pursuing a train-the-trainer model.).
- The offeror must have extensive and expert experience delivering teacher leadership training and professional development in partnership with national or state education agencies and constituents,
- Provide in-person and virtual professional development training curriculum for teacher leadership around the topic of building or sustaining relationships among stakeholders, effective communication, and data literacy,
- Provide consultation and professional learning adaptation as needed,
- Provide sustainable professional learning for future training after initial training to build teacher leader network and develop a train-the-trainer network,
- Travel to in-person meetings and or requested consultations, as needed,
- Develop a teacher leader curriculum responsive to the unique needs of educational landscape. including, but not limited to, researching the specific needs of creating a training that is relevant to those specific needs,
- In-person face-to-face sessions 2/5/2020, 3/11/2020, and 5/12/2020,
- Develop and deploy teacher leader curriculum responsive to the unique needs of educational landscape.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 28,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
