Government authority located in Cleveland, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for safety and security training video, web based e-learning training module service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safety and security training video, web based e-learning training module service.to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Wide and tight shots, including a focus on details such as the proper donning and doffing of personal protective safety equipment, Voice-over/narration through an entire scene or at critical moments; Photographs; Storyboarding, Scripting of voice-overs and ‘interviews’, Provide ‘talent’ when necessary for the video production, Extensive b-roll video, including aerial drone footage, Creation/ editing of the video, Production of the video to fit within our online platform, SCORM compliant, Aerial Drone Footage of selected DPU facilities, Still and animated onscreen graphics and text; and Content review summaries and module wrap up quizzes(E-learning).
- Provide creative direction that incorporates the DPU brand, utilizes approaches that engage the online learner, and ensures consistency across the video series through the establishment of a framework for the modules.
- Work with DPU Risk Management team to set the direction for filming, including but not limited to: identifying shot lists based on content narratives, and developing talking points and scripts for film participants for interviews and voiceovers where applicable;
- Develop the content for approximately 20 modules based on DPU's new hire safety orientation, City Employee Safety and Health Handbook, DPU Security access and control procedures, and DPU Environmental practices.
- Provide a dedicated DPU graphic designer to contribute input into brand development for video series and to create graphics for video modules in consultation with a partner(s).
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on October 25, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 8, 2019.
