Government Authority located in Solon, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for managed internal broadband services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed internal broadband services e-rate category to the government authority located in Solon, OH.
- E-Rate support is limited to eligible expenses or portions of expenses that directly support and are necessary for the broadband connectivity within schools and libraries. Eligible expenses include the management and operation of the LAN/WLAN, including installation, activation and initial configuration of eligible components, and on-site training on the use of eligible equipment,
- Management and operation of the LAN equipment should go beyond the basic maintenance of
eligible broadband internal connections services as defined by the FCC, support is available
for basic maintenance and technical support appropriate to maintain reliable operation when
provided for eligible broadband internal connections,
• Repair and upkeep of eligible hardware,
• Wire and cable maintenance,
• Configuration changes,
• Basic technical support including online and telephone-based technical support,
• Software upgrades and patches including bug fixes and security patches.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 21, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
