[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services related support, maintenance and enhancement of data collection systems to the enhancement, support and maintenance of its mission critical replication reporting servers for law enforcement records management system, mobile field-based reporting, and citation management.
- This enhancement, support and maintenance includes new interfaces, integration of new databases, changes to the database schema, break and fix, server upgrades, and application upgrades associated with the division of police records systems
- The technical resource should have the ability to assist re-engineering, merging disparate systems, integrating systems and streamlining data collection interfaces and replication services
- The technical resource will have the ability to assist City of Cleveland IT staff with best practices, direction and documentation for development and support
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on October 31, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
