Government Authority located in Cleveland, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology staff augmentation services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
• Department will be migrating to 0365 Sharepoint including the integration of Drupal as a content management system:
- Assist with upgrade and troubleshooting Drupal application
- Assist with web content editing and web page design
- Assist with data gathering, design, implementation and migration to a new platform as is identified
• Office 365 support:
- Department recently began using office 365 for email services and is in the process of expanding these services to include Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc
- Sharepoint implementation, development, maintenance, and administration
- Application development (primarily java, Drupal and .net/c#)
- Provide level 2 fault management/break fix support on cisco unified communications manager and cisco IPCC express
- Assess, design and implement network and telecommunications systems
- Provide network security reviews
- Provide hands-on operational support for exchange servers and 0365
- Conduct business impact analysis
- Troubleshoot network operational issues.
(2) A pre-qualification conference will be held on November 13, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
