[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitator training services for develop a curriculum for current and new facilitators of the 40-hour in person peer recovery supporter training to develop their training facilitation skills curriculum to be based on facilitator competencies, didactic learning techniques, and managing support group behaviours to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Will hold four trainings that accommodate up to 20 facilitators. awardee will create an evaluation tool to be used by and trainers to evaluate facilitation skill mastery, following the facilitator trainings awardee will hold one training for twelve identified facilitators to be trained as master facilitators,
- The master facilitator training will further develop skills learned in the facilitator training and include evaluation of peer facilitators. both facilitator and master facilitator trainings to include training binders for the facilitators, supporting videos and role play exercises,
- Provide certifications of completion post training. all five trainings must accommodate 12-20 individuals. the facilitator training and master facilitator training will be a consecutive two-day training for a total of 16 hours per training.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
