[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide purchasing card program seeking to implement a procurement card (P-Card) pilot program with the possibility of expansion to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- The pilot will focus on reimbursement and business expense type transactions, the items to be covered in the pilot are the payment of airfare, registration, memberships, subscriptions, advertising, dues, grant incentive gift cards, online transactions requiring a card, and small purchases under $500 that are currently handled through petty cash,
- The benefits the City expects to receive from the implementation of purchasing cards include efficient, cost effective methods of paying business expenses, and purchasing goods and services,
- A program will be developed to provide P-cards to a select number of divisions for pilot purposes so that processes and procedures can be developed and tested over several (3 min, 6 max) billing cycles.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
